How to improve the health, wellbeing and safety of the workforce
The Theme aims to contribute to the enhancement of wellbeing at work, including reduction in work-related stress, and positive contributions to mental health. To better understand the role of leadership contributions to risk management and assurance, and guide on leadership development and governance, supporting pragmatic change for continuous improvement through a holistic perspective.
It has a ‘shared research approach’, which maximises opportunities for the University of Manchester and HSE collaborations with matched funding from companies, public bodies and research councils. The theme has extensive contacts through the National Health Forum, with additional links in AMBS, including Exec Ed clients, such as BAE Systems & NHS, and other corporates.
