Developing a virtual reality platform of construction safety training for higher education

TAI Satellite lead Dr Clara Cheung hosted collaborators Jacob Je-Chian Lin from National Taiwan University, Nai-Wen Chi from National Taipei University of Technology, and Ruoyu (Roy) Jin from London South Bank University at The University of Manchester, for a stimulating discussion on occupational safety, health and wellbeing research.

Clara and the team received a grant from The Royal Society and NSTC (previously the Ministry of Science and Technology - Taiwan), to develop unsafe working scenarios in construction that will be used to build a virtual reality platform of construction safety training for higher education.
